About Psilocybin
Preparation begins several weeks before the retreat and is an essential part of the process.
You receive a Retreat Participant Guide with practical guidance on mindset, intention setting, diet, and daily-life preparation. This helps you arrive grounded, informed, and mentally prepared for the experience.
In addition, a personal preparation call supports you in clarifying intentions, understanding the structure of the retreat, and addressing any questions or uncertainties. Preparation is not about “doing it right,” but about creating the conditions for a safe, meaningful, and integrated experience.
After you register, you are asked to complete an online intake form covering relevant physical health, mental health history, medication use, and your intentions for the retreat.
Our team carefully reviews this information to assess whether the retreat is an appropriate and safe fit at this time. In many cases, this is followed by a personal intake call, where we clarify details, answer questions, and ensure you feel informed and supported.
Participation is only confirmed once the intake process has been completed and reviewed. This allows us to prioritise safety, readiness, and the quality of the group experience.
Integration is the process of bringing insights from the retreat into daily life.
After the retreat, participants receive a written Integration Guide with practical tools and reflection prompts. A facilitated post-retreat group integration call is included, offering space to share experiences and receive guidance.
Optional one-to-one integration support is available for those who wish to continue working with their insights in a more personalised way.
