ETHICS, CONSENT & SAFETY POLICY

How We Ensure Safety, Consent, and Professional Conduct

Elevated Mind Retreats is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all participants. This policy outlines the ethical standards, consent principles, and safety practices that guide our retreats and facilitation.

1. Purpose

Our retreats combine psilocybin ceremonies, breathwork, guided exercises, and integration practices. All activities are designed to support personal growth, emotional healing, and self-reflection.

To maintain trust and safety:

  • Facilitators adhere to clear ethical and professional standards

  • Participants are fully informed and supported in making choices about their participation

  • Consent is central to all facilitation, guidance, and interaction

  • Support participants’ autonomy and self-directed process

  • Prioritise participant safety, including readiness for medical or psychological situations

  • Follow emergency response procedures and report any incidents appropriately

  • Avoid any behaviour that could be perceived as coercive, manipulative, or exploitative
