A Powerful Shift from Mind to Body

Most of us live in constant “doing” — thinking, analysing, pushing through.

Breathwork offers a direct way to step out of the mind and back into the body, where real release, clarity, and change can happen.

Through guided breathing, music, and a supportive setting, you create space to let go of tension and reconnect with yourself.

“I came in stressed and left feeling clear, calm, and connected again.”

What to expect

Each session follows a clear, guided structure — designed to help you feel safe, supported, and able to fully let go.

  • Short introduction & intention setting

  • Techniques for daily life

  • Guided breathwork with music

  • Support throughout the process

  • Time to rest and integrate

The exact structure may vary slightly depending on the session — full details are provided when booking.

Why Breathwork Works

Breathwork works on multiple levels — helping the mind slow down while the body releases what it has been holding.

Mental
• Reduces overthinking and mental noise
• Creates space for clarity and insight

Emotional
• Releases stored tension and patterns
• Builds a sense of safety and connection

Physical
• Activates the body’s relaxation response
• Supports energy, recovery, and sleep

What you may experience

Experiences vary from session to session, but many people notice a clear shift — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

  • Feeling lighter and more relaxed

  • Emotional release

  • Increased clarity and focus

  • A deeper connection to the body

You don’t need any prior experience — just a willingness to be present and open to the process.

Who this is for

Breathwork can be valuable at different stages — whether you’re just starting or already exploring deeper inner work.

  • You feel stuck in your head or overthinking

  • You want to reconnect with your body

  • You’re carrying stress or tension

  • You’re looking for emotional release or clarity

  • You’re curious about breathwork, without committing to a full retreat

What makes this work different

  • Guided, trauma-aware facilitation

  • A structured and supportive process

  • Carefully selected music to support the experience

  • A grounded, non-performative setting

A first step — or part of a deeper journey

For some, breathwork becomes a regular practice.

For others, it’s a first step before joining a retreat — a way to become familiar with the work in a simple, accessible setting.

If you’re considering a psilocybin retreat, these sessions offer a grounded introduction to the process, without needing to commit to a full experience right away.

Many participants first experience breathwork before deciding to go deeper.
