Terms and Conditions

This agreement is entered into between Elevated Mind Retreats (referred to as the Organiser) and You (referred to as the Participant). By booking a retreat with Elevated Mind Retreats, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

By booking with us via our website, our cooperating booking platforms, WhatsApp, or email, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Informed Participation

  • The Participant acknowledges the psychoactive nature of psilocybin and agrees to participate with this awareness.

Safety Assurance

  • The Organiser commits to ensuring the safety and comfort of the Participant during the retreat.

​

Conduct Agreement

  • The Participant agrees to approach the retreat with a cautious, considerate, and respectful attitude, refraining from disruptive or negative behaviour.

​

Health Declaration

  • The Participant affirms their physical and mental fitness in the Own Risk & Intention Declaration, commits to seeking medical advice, disclosing pertinent health information, and informing the Organiser of any alterations in their medical condition.

Medication Responsibility

  • Participants are responsible for consulting their medical professional before discontinuing prescribed medications. The Organiser holds no liability for adverse effects related to medication changes.

Psychotic Disorder Confirmation

  • The Participant confirms the absence of any diagnosed psychotic disorders.

​

Dietary Guidelines

  • The Participant commits to adhering to dietary guidelines and substance abstinence as specified by the Organiser.

Accommodation Terms

  • The accommodation provided is selected by Elevated Mind Retreats to align with the retreat’s purpose and standards. Participants agree to accept the designated accommodation, which cannot be changed or substituted by the Participant.

Organiser’s Rights

  • The Organiser reserves the right to expel individuals not following guidelines, disrupting the group, or presenting a threat to safety, with no responsibility for refunds or alternative accommodation.

Early Departure

  • Should a participant decide to leave during the retreat, the Organiser is not responsible for reimbursement of any funds.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations up to 9 weeks before the event: Full refund minus €45 administration fee.

  • Cancellations up to 5 weeks before the event: 50% refund minus €45 administration fee.

  • Cancellations less than 5 weeks before the event: No refund. When possible and at the Organiser’s discretion, participants may transfer to another event with a valid reason; a €45 administration fee applies.

Travel Insurance

  • The Organiser is not responsible for cancellations due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect yourself.

Responsibility for Cancellation

  • Once booked, it is the Participant’s sole responsibility to cancel within the allowed timeframe.

Liability

  • While we take great care to provide a safe and supportive retreat experience, by participating you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved. It is your responsibility to review all health and contraindication information, and to ensure you are physically and mentally fit for the retreat. By joining, you agree to take full responsibility for your own well-being and release the Organiser, its owners, and employees from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses during or after the retreat

Modification of Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on our website. By continuing to use our services after updates have been made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
