
Terms and Conditions
This agreement is entered into between Elevated Mind Retreats (referred to as the Organiser) and you (referred to as the Participant). By submitting a booking request, reservation, or payment for a retreat with Elevated Mind Retreats, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Participation in any retreat is subject to review and approval following submission of the required Intake Form and any additional information requested by the Organiser.
By submitting a booking request, reservation, or payment via our website, cooperating booking platforms, WhatsApp, or email, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Participation & Intake Review
Participation in any retreat offered by Elevated Mind Retreats is subject to approval following review of the submitted Intake Form and any additional information requested.
Submitting a booking request, reservation, or payment does not automatically confirm participation. Elevated Mind Retreats reserves the right to decline, postpone, or limit participation if, based on the intake review, participation is deemed not appropriate, not timely, or not aligned with safety or group considerations.
A place is considered confirmed only after:

The intake review has been completed, and

Participation has been explicitly confirmed in writing by Elevated Mind Retreats.
Participants are strongly advised not to make irreversible travel arrangements (such as non-refundable flights or accommodation) until participation has been formally confirmed. Elevated Mind Retreats cannot be held responsible for travel or related costs incurred prior to confirmation.
2. Informed Participation
The Participant acknowledges the psychoactive nature of psilocybin and agrees to participate with full awareness and personal responsibility.
3. Safety Assurance
The Organiser commits to providing a safe, attentive, and supportive retreat environment. However, participation is voluntary and undertaken at the Participant’s own responsibility.
4. Conduct Agreement
Participants agree to approach the retreat with a respectful, considerate, and non-disruptive attitude. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour compromises group safety or cohesion, without obligation to refund.
5. Health Declaration
The Participant confirms that all health information provided in the Intake Form and Own Risk & Intention Declaration is accurate and complete, and agrees to inform the Organiser of any changes prior to the retreat.
6. Medication Responsibility
Participants are solely responsible for consulting their medical professional regarding prescribed medication. Elevated Mind Retreats does not advise on starting, stopping, or adjusting medication and holds no liability for effects related to medication changes.
7. Psychotic Disorder Confirmation
Participants confirm that they have no diagnosed psychotic disorders and are not currently experiencing acute psychiatric instability.
8. Dietary & Preparation Guidelines
Participants agree to follow all dietary, substance abstinence, and preparation guidelines provided by the Organiser.
9. Accommodation Terms
Accommodation is selected by Elevated Mind Retreats based on retreat structure, availability, and safety considerations, including but not limited to single-sex room arrangements. Accommodation cannot be changed or substituted by the Participant.
The Organiser reserves the right to allocate places based on accommodation suitability and group composition.
10. Early Departure
If a Participant chooses to leave the retreat early, no reimbursement or compensation will be provided.
11. Booking & Payment
For direct bookings, full payment is required to confirm your place.
Participation is only confirmed after completion and approval of the intake process.
In some cases, a payment plan may be agreed in advance. In this case, the full amount must be paid no later than 45 days before the retreat start date.
For bookings made through third-party platforms (such as BookRetreats), the platform’s deposit and payment terms apply.
12. Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy applies only after participation has been formally confirmed following intake review.

63 days or more before the retreat:
Full refund minus a €45 administration fee -
Between 62 and 46 days before the retreat:
50% refund minus a €45 administration fee -
45 days or less before the retreat:
No refund
At the Organiser’s discretion and when possible, a transfer to a future retreat may be offered for valid reasons. A €45 administration fee applies.
13. Travel Insurance
The Organiser is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or costs related to illness, travel disruption, or unforeseen circumstances. Participants are strongly advised to obtain adequate travel insurance.
14. Liability
By participating, the Participant accepts the inherent risks involved and releases the Organiser, its owners, facilitators, and employees from liability for injury, loss, or damages during or after the retreat.
15. Modification of Terms
Elevated Mind Retreats reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
