Program Structure

Weeks 1–2 – Preparation & Group Support

Private video intake, guided reflection exercises, and weekly group calls to set intentions and prepare for the retreat.

Week 3 – 3-Day Signature Deluxe Retreat

Immersive psilocybin ceremonies, breathwork, meditation, cacao ritual, optional ice bath, gourmet meals, and private suites at our exclusive villa. Transportation from the train station is included.

Week 4 – Private Integration

One-on-one integration session with guided reflection and journaling to deepen insights.

Your journey begins with a private video intake and personalised coaching session. You’ll receive detailed guidance via email, including the Retreat Participant Guide, tools for setting intentions, and preparatory exercises to ready your mind and body for the retreat.

The 3-Day Signature Deluxe Retreat

Over three immersive days at our exclusive villa, reconnect with your inner truth. Choose from three dosage options to support your transformative journey. Experience guided breathwork, meditation, cacao ritual, optional ice bath, and a fire circle. Your retreat is supported by three experienced facilitators, gourmet meals, and private suites for each participant. Transportation from the train station is included.

Integration & Ongoing Support

After the retreat, use the Integration Guide to process insights. Reflect and share during a private video integration session, and join a group integration call to consolidate learning. Continue your transformation with optional coaching and tools from the Reset Life Method.

Registration:

After your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to an online form containing a few additional questions. Once completed, our team will contact you to schedule the 1:1 preparation session.

Truffles containing psilocybin are legal for purchase and consumption in the Netherlands.

Niels van der Valk – Founder & Transformation Leader
Niels leads Elevated Mind Retreats, guiding individuals on personalised journeys of self-discovery through psilocybin, breathwork, and inner work. His own transformation—from corporate life to facilitating deep inner connection—was sparked by overcoming burnout, leading him to explore breathwork and other transformative practices.

Our Experienced Facilitators
Our retreats are supported by a highly experienced team of two female facilitators, specialising in psilocybin ceremonies, breathwork, and meditation. Their work is rooted in deep connection—to the Earth, Sacred Medicines, and the transformative journeys of participants. With training that includes indigenous traditions and Sacred Plant Medicine Dietas in the Amazon, they bring profound knowledge and guidance to every retreat.

The retreat centre is approximately 1.5 hours by car from Amsterdam Schiphol and Rotterdam Airport, and 40 minutes from Eindhoven Airport. If travelling by public transport, take the train to Deurne station (direct connection from Amsterdam Airport arrivals), where we will pick you up and bring you to the villa in 10 minutes.
